Zach and his team renovated a 1970s era lake house for us basically using a hand drawn sketch by an architect friend of ours. They sheet rocked over the paneling walls, scraped all the popcorn ceilings, leveled sinking floors and covered with LVT, added baths, built a huge new deck and a vaulted screened porch that has become our favorite room. We couldn't be happier with the results. Always love working with a family owned business and we highly recommend S&S for your remodeling project!

I have had S&S Custom building tear out and update three decks over the past couple of years. New floors and enclosed the underneath sides of two so that we could also screen in the lower deck. The did great work, cleaned up the site and left everything in great shape. What's really important was a couple of things needed fixing a few months later, and they were right back to replace a severely warped 2x6, and fix a couple sheets on the ceiling after a big wind. Great work, and follow-up on that work is what I really appreciate about Zach and his crew!
