Zach and his team renovated a 1970s era lake house for us basically using a hand drawn sketch by an architect friend of ours. They sheet rocked over the paneling walls, scraped all the popcorn ceilings, leveled sinking floors and covered with LVT, added baths, built a huge new deck and a vaulted screened porch that has become our favorite room. We couldn't be happier with the results. Always love working with a family owned business and we highly recommend S&S for your remodeling project!

Zach and his team rebuilt my condo from the studs all the way through finishing touches and I am so pleased with how it turned out! The work was very cleanly done. I especially appreciated that he was available to meet and/or discuss next steps around my schedule and provided guidance, options, and advice along the way. I would recommend him to anyone.
